Welcome to Fyrma Inc. ("Fyrma," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI assistant services, including our browser extension, desktop app, Slack bot, and other integrated tools (collectively, the "Services"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Fyrma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display the User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.
c. Data Security
While we implement security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Fees and Payment
a. Subscription Fees
Access to certain features of the Services may require you to pay subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.

Fyrma reserves the right to change its subscription fees at any time, upon notice to you. Any changes to fees will be effective at the start of your next billing cycle following such notice.

The Services and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of Fyrma and its licensors. You are not granted any rights to the Services except as expressly provided in these Terms.

You may choose to or we may invite you to submit feedback, comments, or ideas about the Services ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback, you agree that Fyrma is free to use such Feedback without any obligation to you.

6. Termination
a. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
b. Termination by Fyrma
Fyrma may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to your violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fyrma does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
b. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fyrma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party; or (v) any other matter relating to the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
b. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
